RailVector uses official public railway data wherever available. It does not claim ownership of third-party railway or map data, and it does not imply endorsement by data providers.

How RailVector handles live data

The current application reads official feeds directly in the client. It validates coordinates, joins compatible live and static records, and normalizes supported fields for display. Smooth marker movement is interpolation between received coordinates—not a new measurement or prediction.

Availability and accuracy

Third-party public feeds may be delayed, incomplete, changed or temporarily unavailable. RailVector shows feed status where possible and does not guarantee uninterrupted service, positional precision or complete train information.

No proprietary data claim

RailVector's product value comes from validating, joining and presenting public transport information clearly. Third-party source data remains subject to its provider's terms and rights.
