1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RailVector, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or website.
2. The service
RailVector is an independent software application that presents public railway and mapping information. It is not a railway operator, emergency service, ticketing authority or official government service.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, overload, unlawfully access or use RailVector in a way that harms others, violates applicable law, or infringes third-party rights. Do not rely on RailVector for safety-critical, dispatch, emergency or legally required operational decisions.
4. Live transport data
Railway positions, schedules, routes, operators and stations depend on third-party sources. Information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Smooth marker movement may interpolate between reported positions. Scheduled times are not represented as verified realtime arrival estimates.
5. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of RailVector without guarantee of notice. We do not warrant continuous, secure or error-free availability.
6. Intellectual property
RailVector branding, interface design, software and original content belong to Ranakul Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Railway and map data remain subject to the rights and licenses of their respective providers, including Fintraffic / Digitraffic and OpenStreetMap contributors.
7. Third-party services
RailVector relies on third-party data, mapping, platform and advertising services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RailVector is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranakul Technologies Private Limited and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss arising from reliance on transport data, missed travel, service interruption or third-party systems.
10. Termination
We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service, users, rights or legal obligations. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will hear disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.
