WingRadar Terms of Use

Use of WingRadar

WingRadar assists ride coordination only. It is intended to provide shared ride context during active rides, not to control riding behavior or make safety decisions for riders.

Rider responsibility

You are responsible for safe riding, lawful conduct, road awareness, vehicle control, and decisions made before, during, and after a ride.

Traffic laws and safe operation

You must follow all traffic laws, road rules, licensing requirements, helmet requirements, and local regulations that apply to you.

No phone use while riding or driving

Do not use your phone while riding or driving. Stop safely and legally before interacting with WingRadar or any mobile device.

Awareness remains required

WingRadar does not replace rider awareness, mirrors, signals, direct observation, traffic judgment, or communication required for safe riding.

No emergency or rescue service

Do not rely on WingRadar for emergency services, rescue, navigation, crash detection, automatic help, or guaranteed safety.

No alcohol or impairment

Do not ride or drive while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue, or any condition that may impair safe operation.

Ride information

Users are responsible for the accuracy of ride information they share. Users must only join rides they are authorized to join.

Service availability

WingRadar may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or interrupted because of GPS quality, network coverage, battery optimization, device settings, device limitations, service provider interruptions, app errors, or other factors. Location and ride information may be inaccurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use WingRadar for stalking, surveillance, harassment, illegal tracking, impersonation, unauthorized ride access, or misleading others. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its services, or other riders' use of the app.
